Q1: How to bind the watch to your phone?

1. Please fully charge your watch before initial use, or it will not turn on.

2. Please download the “Fitdock” app to your smartphone.

You can scan the QR code in the Quick Start Guide or search the “Fitdock” app from App Store or Google Play.

Warm tips: This App is only compatible with smartphones, not PCs or tablets.

3. Please remember to allow the request to enable Bluetooth and other requests when you Open the APP, click ‘Join Fitdock’ to finish the register, and the last pair the watch through Scan the QR code.

Q2: How to get the Call/Message/APP Alert?

1. Please allow Phone/Messaging/Call log permissions when you sign in Fitdock app for the first time. (Go to your Fitdock app->Device -> Notification Alerts-> Enable “Notification Alerts” ->”Confirm”.)

2. Disable the DND mode: please go to the watch and Swipe the screen to the left (Status bar->the icon of Moon).

3. Make sure your phone could receive a phone, text, calendar, and app notifications, and all notifications were set up Lock Screen /Notification Center/ banners are open and Always shows previews tab. For Android Phone: Go to your smartphone Settings->find Fitdock app->enable the Location and all Notifications. For iOS Phone: Go to your smartphone Settings->Notifications-> find Message or other apps-> enable all Notifications.

If you are still not receiving notifications, please open your smartphone Bluetooth settings, find your device, press”i”, and make sure notifications are turned on.

Note: SNS alert only works under Bluetooth connection state, please keep your watch was bound to your phone all the time.
